- Apply OCR and manual extraction techniques to digitize and structure non-PDF publications
- Support weekly status reports, monthly progress reviews, and project documentation
- Work directly with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and refine deliverables
- Follow applicable IT security policies and agency-approved AI usage protocols
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 6+ years of experience working directly with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, including chapter structure, headings, subheadings, General Notes, and special-purpose chapters (98/99)
- Regulatory trade document interpretation - demonstrated ability to interpret Federal Register notices, Presidential Proclamations, and Executive Orders
- High-accuracy structured data work - strong track record with detail-intensive data in CSV, JSON, Excel, or similar structured formats
- Government contracting delivery - experience producing deliverables under formal quality standards
