Groups, Sales and Events Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Groups, Sales & Events team with day-to-day operations.
• Assist in managing group bookings, event inquiries, and proposals.
• Help coordinate details to make sure every event runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Learn how we turn creative ideas into successful events.

Requirements

• You're studying hospitality, events, or a related field (ideally in your last year of studies)
• You're available for at least 6 months from July/August 2026.
• You're comfortable communicating in both French and English - any other language is a plus!
• You're proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• You enjoy working with people and have a flair for organization.
• You bring good vibes, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
