Lead Dispensary Manager

About the role

The Lead Dispensary Manager is the most senior employee at the dispensary location and is responsible for the overall operational success, compliance, integrity, and team performance of the store. This role oversees the Dispensary Associate team, Key Holders, and Assistant Dispensary Managers (ADMs). The Lead Dispensary Manager is responsible for driving Restore Dispensaries' goals, including fostering a culture of positivity, accountability, and productivity. This position serves as the primary liaison to the Operations Management Team and reports directly to the Senior Dispensary Operations Manager and the Director of Operations. This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Set or fixed schedules are not available for this role. Previous dispensary management experience is strongly preferred. Requirements

• 5+ years of responsible retail experience
• 2-4 years of retail management experience (cannabis industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medical marijuana products and patient education
• Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, stand, and walk as required for daily operations
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
