- Prior academic background or internship/work experience in the flavors or food industry is a plus.
- Diligent, responsible, and detail‑oriented, with strong learning ability.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and self‑driven mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.
