Responsibilities

• To lead production line meet quality / delivery and cost standard 帶領生產線產出合乎品質交期成本的產品。
• Responsible for production scheduling and progress control to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets. 負責生產排程規劃與生產進度管控 ， 確保製程順暢與產能達成。
• Oversee personnel management and workplace safety, maintaining an orderly and secure working environment 負責人員管理及職場安全 ， 維持良好作業秩序與安全環境。
• To coordinate related department let production line runs smoothly. 協調其他相關部門提供必要支援以利產線順利生產。
• What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering 大學以上，工程相關科系
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management preferably from semiconductor industry 三年以上生產管理經驗，半導體產業尤佳
• Familiar with wafer fab process 熟悉前段晶圓製程 Good command of English 一般英文運用
