About this Position We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Adaptive Analyst to serve as the primary administrator and architect of our financial modeling environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the health, accuracy, and evolution of our Adaptive instances. You will partner with Finance and Technology, ensuring that our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools are optimized, AI enabled, and that data integrations from our ERP and HRIS systems are seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Model Management & Optimization
  • Maintain and update existing Adaptive Planning models (Personnel, Expense, Balance Sheet/Cashflow).
  • Build and configure new models (e.g. Revenue, Headcount, Custom Models), sheets, versions, and attributes as business needs evolve.
  • Design and integrate custom FP&A modeling techniques within Adaptive, establishing the data structures necessary to train and improve AI/ML forecasting models over time.
  • Manage the Master Chart of Accounts and Organizational Levels within the system.
  • Troubleshoot and refine complex formulas to improve system performance and calculation accuracy.
  • Maximize use of Adaptive's predictive capabilities (including native AI features and external ML integrations) and stay current with platform releases.
  • Integration & Data Integrity
  • Oversee inbound data integration pipelines between Adaptive and Workday (and other external sources as required.)
  • Ensure the successful upload of monthly actuals and the reconciliation of data between systems.
  • Collaborate with Tech to manage inbound & outbound API connections and automated data flows.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Design and maintain sheets, reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Support the FP&A team during the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles by managing "What-If" scenarios.
  • Audit system access and maintain security profiles for all users.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years financial systems operations and modeling experience including 3+ years of direct experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex nested formulas).
  • Experience with data manipulation tools, e.g. SQL, Python, AI tools.
  • Ability to translate financial requirements into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS-based environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Financials (Foundation Data Model, custom reports, data sources) would be a plus.
  • The annual gross base salary range for this position is BRL 136,000 - BRL 170,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.
  • Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
