- Working Conditions
- While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in an electronics manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Vernon location in British Columbia. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
- Physical Requirements : Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

Scope of Position This Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy type of individual, as part of the tekmar manufacturing department , will be responsible for assembling a range of small electronics in a single-piece flow production environment. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll apply meticulous attention to detail and precise instruction-following to ensure high-quality products. You will collaborate with teams focused on safety, continuous improvement, and quality, contributing to a seamless and efficient manufacturing process. This is a union position. This position reports to the Manufacturing and Warehouse manager . This role is onsite and is based in Vernon, BC. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Assemble electronic products according to detailed instructions. Ensure components are accurately placed and properly packaged to meet production schedules. Communicate with Lead Hands, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement teams regarding any assembly or quality concerns. Follow English-written instructions with precision to maintain consistency and product integrity. Responsibility directly tied to Watts Values of Accountability & Continuous Improvement. Required Qualifications High school diploma (Grade 12). Ability to operate multiple hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in reading and following English instructions. Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable. Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including a national criminal record check and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
