  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sociology; Political Science; Work Psychology Business Administration, Law, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, within a matrixed HR model, including leadership roles in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare company.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborator and connector across the cluster, above market and global teams - ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization to move priorities forward.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
