Requirements

• Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
• 6+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, engineering, business management or other relevant field
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel through prioritization, planning, and task delegation
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners
• 6+ years of proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex supply chain projects, preferably in a large-scale retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies. Microsoft Excel and SQL preferred.
• Experience with SQL
• MBA, or Master's degree
• 3+ years of negotiations and vendor management experience
• Ability to problem solve creatively by adapting frameworks or existing best practices

Key job responsibilities - Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning - Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team. - Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement. - Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.
