Food Service Associate (Part-Time) - Jefferson Abington

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals and food items for patients, hospital staff, and visitors.
• Participates in providing nutritional care to patients.
• Practices proper food handling techniques and maintains an appropriate level of sanitation in the department.

Requirements

• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience is not required, but is preferred. Interpersonal communication skills are required.
• All employees must have 5 days of availability, and work 3 out of 4 weekends a month. Holiday rotation is required.
