Early Years Teacher (English Language)

Responsibilities

• Routine Caregiving
• Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene, ensuring each child's comfort and well-being.
• Safe & Stimulating Environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom that supports infants' and toddlers' physical, emotional, and sensory development.
• Developmentally Appropriate Learning
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based experiences that support language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
• Language Development
• Inspire a love for English through meaningful and interactive language experiences.
• Learning Documentation
• Capture and reflect on children's learning journeys through newsletters, class panels, and portfolios.
• Family Partnership
• Build positive relationships with families to support each child's growth and well-being.

Requirements

• Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent certification
• ECDA Certified
• At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
• Passionate about nurturing young learners in their formative years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
