Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as providing complex substantive management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual, multi-year, and long-range fiscal planning for the organization through the use of financial management tools including the financial management system and P2. Participates in the coordination, acquisition, allocation, and utilization of manpower, materials, and funding needed to accomplish assigned mission of the Regulatory program in an assigned geographical area. Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, formulating, and reviewing numerous regulatory standard operating procedures and to provide technical guidance on program statistics and budgeting for organization components of the Division including all branches, sections, special assistants, and field offices within the State of Georgia. Analyzes, reviews, and evaluates the operating programs of the assigned activities within the Division. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Management Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
