Responsibilities

  • Business Process Reengineering : Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending innovative changes. Lead workshops and discussions to collaboratively develop new processes that align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in one of the following: Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD- Computer Aided Dispatch, Record Management Systems, and Jail Applications
  • Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
  • Target Base Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 USD

  • Basic Requirements
  • High School diploma, Associates, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information technology environment.
  • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
