As a Lifestyle Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling Brands in one of our most strategic regions. You will manage a defined portfolio within Germany, with a strong focus on the northern region and its lifestyle-driven distribution landscape, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager GAS. Acting as the voice of the market, you will identify and unlock opportunities across sales, marketing, and product, ensuring strong local execution aligned with the wider EMEA strategy. Your goal is to meet and exceed seasonal and annual targets while driving sustainable growth. A key priority will be to develop existing accounts while expanding into new lifestyle channels, increasing brand presence and reaching new consumers. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this in the following pillars by: Strategy Build strong, long-term partnerships tailored to local market dynamics Own and drive the regional account strategy, aligned with EMEA Go-To-Market priorities Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities Strengthen brand visibility and storytelling at point of sale Revenue Deliver against sales and profitability targets Develop and execute account-specific plans Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across the region Process & Distribution Execute the seasonal Go-To-Market process with strong local adaptation Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers Shape distribution and assortment strategies to support brand positioning and growth Skills for Success We're looking for someone who brings: 3-5 years of experience in lifestyle sales (bags, backpacks, luggage, apparel) in Germany Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time Strong influencing skills in a matrix environment Strategic mindset with attention to detail Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills Strong planning and prioritization abilities Hands-on, collaborative approach with a strong drive to succeed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in German and English This post is not eligible for relocation
