Requirements

• The Personnel should minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• Primary level qualifications (able to read and write)
• Basic knowledge in laboratory settings and chemical preparation
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in science laboratory from 1 January 2022 to the closing date of this ITQ
• Job Scopes：
• The Services required are set out as follows:
• Support daily practical and practical exams preparations
• Dispense chemicals and lay out apparatus (glassware, chemicals, safety goggles, etc)
• Collect and clear away equipment and chemicals, and other teaching materials after each practical including safely disposing of chemicals and washing of glass apparatus.
• Before the start of each term during term break: general replenishment of bench reagents.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Science Laboratory Technician.

Name of Authority: Yishun Town Secondary School Contract Period: From 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2028 Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: - Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break - Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays or off-in-lieu of the public holidays when the school is closed. - Service is not required for the entire months of June and December each year, in accordance with the school holiday period.
