ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, drives, and instrumentation issues. Optimize machine performance, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures. Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities. Develop and update electrical drawings, control logic documentation, and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure operational excellences. This position is part of our Early Career program at WD.
