Job Scope Partner & Channel Management Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, system integrators, distributors, panel builders, and EcoXpert partners. Drive business growth and increase sales of Digital Energy solutions through partner channels. Support partner development through regular engagement, business reviews, and capability-building initiatives. Sales & Business Development Achieve sales and revenue targets through assigned partner accounts. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, and Energy Management sectors. Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies with partners. Account & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support business objectives. Manage partner and customer expectations while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Pipeline & Performance Management Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and business performance reporting. Track opportunities and ensure healthy sales conversion rates. Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans where required. Marketing & Demand Generation Support marketing activities, industry events, seminars, and demand generation campaigns. Work with partners to identify market opportunities and generate new leads.
