Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable insights for digital teams. Support the design and implementation of digital solutions that create measurable business value. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and UX Specialists in an agile environment. Contribute to prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a trusted link between business and technology, creating alignment and driving progress across teams. 👤 Required Qualifications Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information into clear recommendations. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. Solid understanding of business processes, digital products, and Agile ways of working. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and disciplines.
