Supervisory Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a SUPEVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, WEAPONS AND WARFARE SYSTEMS TEST DEPARTMENT, WEAPONS TEST & EVALUATION DIVISION, AIR & STRIKE WEAPONS T&E BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/12) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Experience leading test teams in the area of Air-to-Air weapons flight testing with a focus on data collection and analysis for US and FMS stakeholders; 2) Experience providing direction and coordination of a team; 3) Experience planning, execution, and reporting of Test and Evaluation activities, forums and working groups; 4) Experience developing and mentoring and training employees.
