About the role
Anlian Group (ALG) is a Singapore-based professional services firm helping Chinese enterprises expand into Southeast Asia. We handle company incorporation, immigration (EP/PR), accounting, banking, and compliance. We are actively growing our founder's personal brand across Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video, and TikTok, and are looking for a hands-on assistant to support video content production. Job Responsibilities Accompany the founder during video shoots across Singapore - assist with filming, angles, and basic on-site setup Handle basic video and photo editing using CapCut or similar tools Upload and manage content across Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video, and TikTok Track weekly content performance data (views, followers, engagement) Assist with content planning and scripting ideas Support general admin tasks related to content production
Requirements
- Based in Singapore, able to commit to agreed working hours
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken)
- Energetic, positive, and easy to work with - personality matters most
- Comfortable both in front of and behind a camera
- No prior experience required - we will train the right person
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience with CapCut, Jianying, or any video editing app
- Familiarity with Douyin / Xiaohongshu / WeChat Video
- Interest in business, finance, or Singapore immigration topics
