The role - what you'll do Barr is seeking an enterprise systems manager to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota, team. In this hybrid role, you will lead the strategy, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise business systems across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring core platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs and partner closely with business leaders, IS teams, vendors, and external partners to improve system performance, drive process efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives. Business partnership and solution delivery: collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement scalable system solutions. System lifecycle and governance: oversee system configuration, upgrades, patches, and testing while maintaining strong governance, documentation, and technical standards. Data integrity, security, and compliance: partner with business owners and data owners to ensure appropriate access controls, data governance, audit readiness, and compliance across enterprise systems. Integrations and performance: coordinate integrations across applications and monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues and driving resolution of incidents.
