Business Analyst (Insurance) - Contract

About the role

Review test cases, scripts, and data for each product and channel in line with feature specifications. Assess test cases, scripts, and data across functional, integration, regression, and workflow testing for both New Business and Post Issuance (POS) features. Review and approve UAT results within project timelines, accounting for overlapping releases across channels. Identify and log defects with clear references to requirements, and collaborate with QA, BA, and Developers for timely resolution. Track and follow up on unresolved defects to support on‑time release delivery. Document UAT review outcomes with supporting evidence and maintain full traceability to requirements. Perform post‑deployment checks to validate expected feature behavior in the production environment. Organize and lead defect checkpoint discussions with QA, BA, and Developers when necessary.
