Reporting to our Head of Delivery, this role forms part of the team shaping and continually improving the delivery practice for the Pacific region. You'll help drive end-to-end delivery across a scaled Agile environment, supporting initiatives that improve customer, broker and operational experiences. As part of the QBE team, you'll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind. Your new role You'll be responsible for delivery activities within a hybrid delivery environment at value stream level. Working closely with Product Owners, sponsors, local and vendor delivery squads, and the wider technology leadership team, you'll support delivery across multiple teams and countries, including offshore teams. Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end delivery of value for customers, broker partners and team members across key initiatives. Proven capability managing RAID items and resolving complex delivery risks and dependencies. Support delivery across multiple teams, countries and offshore partners in a scaled Agile environment. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops and delivery conversations that help teams stay aligned, focused and accountable. Coach teams to apply Agile principles and practices, improve flow, manage impediments and strengthen delivery performance. Support governance reporting and contribute to initiatives such as channel excellence, broker digital experience, process excellence and AI-enabled improvements. About you You'll bring strong delivery experience, confidence working in Agile environments, and the ability to support delivery across complex stakeholder groups. Financial services and or Insurance experience is not essential, although a background working in a regulated environment would be advantageous. Experience leading software delivery in scaled Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Experience and knowledge of Agile ceremonies, delivery governance and value stream ways of working. Ability to work across multiple teams, countries and delivery partners, including offshore or vendor resources. Confidence partnering with Product Owners, sponsors and senior stakeholders to support delivery outcomes. Agentic AI experience or exposure to process excellence and automation initiatives would be advantageous.
