Activities include processing and confirming customer transactions, while maintaining accounts, research lists, and compiling statistical information. Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas. The Sales function is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans. Relationship Officer - United Overseas Bank Ltd Job Summary: The Relationship Officer is responsible for administrative and sales support of one or more sales people. Job Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver seamless and integrated banking services. * Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. * Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing excellent customer service.
