About the role

This position serves as a IT Project Manager (APPSW/INFOSEC), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Service Delivery Staff, Application and Platform Services Directorate, Email and Collaboration Branch in Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for planning, directing, and executing complex, mission-critical information technology projects involving Application Software (APPSW), Information Security (INFOSEC), eDiscovery, and enterprise application services. To qualify for the position of IT Project Manager (APPSW/INFOSEC), at GS-2210-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Basic Qualifications (2210 series): Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions. AND Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-14 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties: Analyzes and resolves technical and programmatic IT issues. Oversees enterprise-level email and collaboration services within a large-scale organizational environment. AND Provides support to IT project management, information security, enterprise application services, and application software (such as using Microsoft 365 Cloud services, including Exchange Online (email), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams to support enterprise-wide operations and services).
