- What the role includes
- Manage day to day operations of tour ticketing team and ensure staff development and training.
- Allocate and manage tour assignments and staffing levels.
- Oversee tour on-sale management quality and scheduling including continued relationship development with some tour wide ticket agents including Ticketmaster EMEA touring team.
- Ensuring KPI's, goals and best practices set by the SVP and VP of Touring are met by the tour ticketing team along with monthly reports back on performance.
- Support the SVP of Ticketing and VP of Touring in setting team OKRs and performance objectives, ensuring collaborative alignment with wider touring team, regional ticketing and revenue strategy.
- Identify and see through ticketing operational efficiency improvements alongside touring, local ticketing and ticket agent EMEA teams.
- Run and manage tour ticketing on a select number of high demand tours.
- Report to exec level on on-sale performance for major on sales.
