About the role

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner in our Belgrade office who blends strong business partnering with a data‑driven mindset to support leaders, enable change, and strengthen organizational effectiveness at Clarivate. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 7+ years of relevant experience (of which at least 3 years in HR Business Partner role) 3+ years of work experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) Proficient level Excel (Advanced) Proficient level of English language Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience It would be great if you also have... Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools Background in HR analytics or data-focused HR roles What will you be doing in this role? Implement core HR processes to attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing colleagues in partnership with HR COEs (such as performance management and rewards, position management, talent management, talent acquisition, colleague engagement survey, etc). Support workforce talent strategies to include key talent and critical roles, bench strength and succession planning with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Support business leaders to build optimum, scalable structures in line with key design principles. Provide consultative services within each business area related to core people's needs.
