About the role

You understand the mechanics of a multi-touch sequence, know how to break through gatekeepers, and have the resilience to thrive in a high-volume environment. Pipeline isn't built by luck - and you know that better than anyone. Radical Ownership. You don't wait to be managed. You spot gaps, design solutions, and execute - often before your manager even knows there's a problem. You treat your patch like a business: always prospecting, always iterating, always looking for an edge. That entrepreneurial mindset is non-negotiable here. Resourcefulness Under Pressure.
