Finance Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• You'll act as the bridge between Finance, technology and our partners. And you'll turn challenges into clear, practical solutions.
• Day to day, you will:
• Own and support Workday Financials, ensuring users get timely, practical help
• Manage incidents and service requests, keeping communication clear and focused
• Work closely with Procurement, IT and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support system changes, releases and enhancements from design through to delivery
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to prioritise improvements
• Strengthen controls, access management and governance across Finance systems
• Create clear guidance and training to build user confidence

Requirements

• You'll likely bring:
• Experience supporting Workday Financials in a Finance environment
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and data
• A practical mindset - you can diagnose issues and find workable solutions
• Confidence working across teams and explaining complex topics clearly
• Experience managing system support, change and continuous improvement
• A focus on users - you make systems easier to understand and use
• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar), or equivalent experience
