Role Expectations As a Product Designer, you'll combine your craft expertise and leadership skills with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy. Here are some of the expected competencies for this role: Product Design Expertise: Demonstrate a high degree of skill in product design, leveraging a variety of skills across interaction, visual and service design; in collaboration with cross-functional partners, map out complex front and back stage interactions across channels, platforms, and users, informing the use of appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks and design systems and creates artifacts that may include journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs and prototypes Human-Centered: Effectively navigate the needs of partners and stakeholders, leveraging critical-thinking skills that factor in data, research insights, scalability and tech constraints, while ensuring the team conducts discovery on critical customer and associate needs to deliver inclusive, internal, and customer-centered solutions.
