Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot MarketVIEW applications and related systems;
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability and availability;
• Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions;
• Assist in application configuration, testing, deployment, and upgrades;
• Develop and maintain reports, workflows, and integrations within the MarketVIEW environment;
• Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and operational procedures;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders;
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, security policies, and best practices.

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior MarketVIEW Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing MarketVIEW applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, exposure to trading or financial systems, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of MarketVIEW platforms. Mandatory Skill Set 2-4 years of hands-on experience with MarketVIEW; Experience in application support, maintenance, or development within a MarketVIEW environment; Strong understanding of market data, trading, or risk management systems; Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases; Basic scripting/programming knowledge (Python, Shell Scripting, or similar); Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field. Desired Skill Set Experience in Capital Markets, Commodities, Energy Trading, or Financial Services domains; Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems; Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data feeds; Exposure to incident management and production support processes; Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management; Experience working in Agile environments; Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps tools is an advantage.
