Compensation Range: Annual Salary: $78,496.00 - $105,974.00 Position Summary The Associate Director, Technical Business Analyst provides strategic leadership and oversight for business analysis functions supporting enterprise initiatives, systems, and process improvement efforts. This role is responsible for guiding the analysis, design, and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. The Associate Director serves as a leader and subject matter expert, driving best practices across requirements management, process design, and solution delivery. This role partners closely with stakeholders, product, technology, and PMO teams to support prioritization, governance, and execution of high-impact initiatives. In addition to leading analysis efforts, the role is responsible for developing team capabilities, mentoring analysts, and continuously improving business analysis methodologies and standards. Essential Functions: Lead and oversee business analysis efforts across complex, enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Technical Business Analysts, including performance management and mentorship Establish and maintain standards for requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design practices Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, PMO, and executive leadership Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making across competing priorities, dependencies, and constraints Oversee development of business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation to ensure clarity and quality Guide solution design, ensuring recommendations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise architecture Lead risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation planning across initiatives Partner with PMO and leadership teams on portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance processes Support full SDLC execution, including oversight of UAT strategy, testing coordination, and implementation readiness Drive continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions Serve as a subject matter expert across systems, processes, and business domains Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
