As an HR Mobility Intern, you will facilitate international talent movement across the Gulf by coordinating visas, assignments, and Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, GOSI). You will manage employee data in SuccessFactors and assist with payroll validation, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law. This is a high-impact role designed to build your expertise in Global Mobility and HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in HR operations, payroll, and global mobility
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government portals is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English
