You will manage employee data in SuccessFactors and assist with payroll validation, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law. This is a high-impact role designed to build your expertise in Global Mobility and HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in HR operations, payroll, and global mobility
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government portals is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English
