• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred
• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail required
• Ability to work flexible hours; including weekends and holidays

What you will have an opportunity to do: The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and helps ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. This role helps lead the housekeeping team, supports daily assignments, and ensures guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards. Essential Functions: Support daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well maintained Inspect rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met Assign daily work, train, and motivate housekeeping team members Help maintain cleaning schedules and daily workflows Update status of rooms in the property management system Respond to guest requests and housekeeping needs in a friendly and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to support guest satisfaction Ensure safe and proper use of cleaning products and equipment Provide support during busy periods or staffing shortages Perform other duties as assigned What are we looking for?
