Strategic Sourcing Manager (FTC 18-months)

About the role

MCDT is a UK-based Mars Wrigley unit focused on growth in new snacking categories through co-manufacturing partnerships. Lead sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and innovation to drive MCDT's long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage key stakeholder relationships. What are we looking for? Significant procurement experience, delivering innovation and sourcing strategies. Strong financial acumen and communication skills. Proven relationship-building ability with suppliers and stakeholders. Experience in Strategic Sourcing & Category Management . Willingness to travel (~20%, mainly within Europe & UK). What would be your key responsibilities? Develop & implement sourcing strategies to meet business goals. Manage supplier relationships, quality, service, and cost efficiencies. Identify, negotiate, and qualify new co-manufacturers. Drive continuous operational improvement and compliance. Ensure risk management across IP, quality control, and finances.
