- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Big Data, Security, Application Performance Management, Operational Intelligence, or Business Intelligence/Web Analytics.
- Experience with UNIX (HP-UX, Solaris, AIX), Linux, and Windows.
- Experience working with application environments and machine data sources (logs, security, network, and performance data).
- Experience developing ROI models and customer value cases.
- Knowledge of log management and analysis tools.
- Exposure to web development technologies such as XML, HTML5, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or Ruby.
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust with customers.
