- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of ten or more professionals across multiple locations, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and operational excellence in a multi-site environment.
- Experience of working in Oracle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
