EA / Operations Assistant (AI-Native)

About the role

We're supporting a venture-backed startup helping some of the world's most innovative consumer technology companies optimize their products through AI-driven experimentation. They design and deploy experiments that improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth. They're a small, ambitious team of five people who move quickly, value craftsmanship, and care deeply about building exceptional products. We're looking for an exceptionally capable Executive Assistant / Operations Associate to become a force multiplier for our founder. This isn't a traditional EA role. One day you might be coordinating international travel and researching the best neighborhood to stay in for a customer visit. The next, you could be sourcing catering for a private industry event, preparing customer documents, managing outreach campaigns, or helping streamline internal operations. You'll work across both professional and personal logistics, helping eliminate operational bottlenecks so leadership can stay focused on building the company.
