Primary Function of Position The Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for driving master data governance and operational data integrity across global supply chain systems. This role defines and enforces business rules for critical planning inputs, executes key supply chain processes (including ABC segmentation, lot sizing, coverage profiles, and scrap/yield management), and leads data quality improvement initiatives across material, vendor, and supplier master data. This position partners cross-functionally with IT, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain Risk teams to support SAP MDG integration, enhance governance workflows and controls, and contribute to the development of a centralized analytics-driven control tower. The role ensures that supply chain data is accurate, standardized, and actionable, enabling effective planning, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation. Essential Job Duties Define, implement, and enforce master data governance standards and business rules across material, vendor, and supplier master data to ensure consistency and accuracy across global systems Execute and govern key supply chain planning parameters, including ABC segmentation, lot size determination, and coverage profile management to support MRP stability and inventory optimization Lead and manage data quality and cleansing initiatives, identifying root causes of data issues and establishing sustainable processes for ongoing data integrity Own and support scrap and yield governance, including execution of parameter updates, analysis of discrepancies, and cross-functional efforts to improve material efficiency and planning accuracy Partner with Master Data Management CoE and IT to support SAP MDG implementation and enhancements, including workflow design, access controls, and alignment of system capabilities to business requirements Contribute to the development of a master data governance control tower, enabling visibility into data quality, compliance to standards, and key exception trends Analyze large datasets to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for supply chain and business stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain Risk teams to drive alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives Preferred Skills and Experience Experience supporting or implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), including workflow configuration, approvals, and role-based access controls Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL) to support data analysis and control tower development Background in building or supporting analytics/control tower solutions for supply chain, data governance, or operational performance monitoring Experience in global supply chain environments, with exposure to multi-site or multi-region data governance and planning processes Familiarity with inventory optimization and planning concepts, including safety stock strategies, demand variability, and service level tradeoffs Experience partnering with IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, including data ownership models, stewardship, and audit controls Exposure to network design, risk management, or supply continuity planning, with understanding of how data quality impacts upstream and downstream decisions Experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive scalable and sustainable operational improvements Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive change across cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
