This Architect will be an expert with the IBM Sterling Order Management Application Suite and will be responsible for providing solutions that are optimized for scale, growth and high performance. The Architect demonstrates technical expertise, effective communication skills, and leadership in a consultative role to product and engineering teams. This role will report to the Director of Commerce Solutions Development. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in solution architecture to perform the following: Evaluate, design, scope, and document integration effort for new products, processes, technologies, and solutions; Diagnose complex technical and business problems and provide creative solutions; Design and maintain detailed technical architecture documentation across a multi-brand, multiregion Omnichannel environment; Perform Impact Analysis across enterprise systems as well as third party solutions and provide high level cost and effort estimates for all major initiatives Develop technical implementation plans and timelines with key engineering stakeholders and enterprise standards; Identify and enforce overall architectural principles, framework and standards. Enforce and guide a Solution Review process to ensure all solutions are thoroughly vetted; Align the platform vision and overall roadmap with the technical requirements of the stack; and, Communicate technical needs and limitations clearly and effectively. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or foreign equivalent; must have 8 years of experience in the job offered or related position; must have experience with the following: Must have 8 years of experience with the following skill sets: Experience with multi-tenant platforms, across a variety of Sterling OMS implementations; Experience with emerging IBM Supply Chain products (e.g. IV, Watson Order Optimizer, Supply Chain Insights, Business User Controls) that will fit the technology landscape; Experience with Core Order management modules - DOM, GIV, SC, Platform, Payments, COM and SOM; Experience with enterprise platforms: SAP, Demandware/SFCC, POS, ESB, CRM, Analytics etc.; Experience with Integration concepts (REST, SOAP, Batch, SFTP, API Gateways); Experience in Javascript (Node.js, React, and Angular.js), Java, SQL, XML, JSON, micro-services etc. Must have 3 years of experience with the following skill sets: Experience in PII & PCI security, compliance policies Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, BitBucket Experience working in a fashion / multi-brand environment Experience with hosted solutions on the Cloud / IBM Cloud on Commerce Offering a salary of at least at least $189,592 to $275,000 per year, depending on experience. 40 hrs. per week.
