Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Some prior experience in marketing, growth, app promotion, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, paid ads, ASO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar area.
  • No degree required, but a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Very smart and quick to learn.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Good taste in marketing, messaging, creative, and user psychology.
  • Comfortable testing ideas, reviewing results, and improving based on data.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to research markets, competitors, customers, keywords, and channels independently.
  • Comfortable using software tools and learning new systems quickly.
  • Familiar with AI tools, or highly motivated to become excellent at using them.
  • Able to create clear briefs, reports, content drafts, campaign notes, and repeatable processes.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to take responsibility quickly.
