Responsibilities
- Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

- P rovides internal and external support as a Client Onboarding coordinator for new and existing Employee Navigator clients , including implement ation and maintenance of Benefit Administration Systems
- Provide s ongoing technical support contact and develop s and maintain s relationships with external vendors, third parties and carriers
- P rovide s research resolution for escalations from internal and external clients, and complete s special projects as assigned
- Build s client platforms and project management of client onboarding and renewal
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- Up to 6 months of similar or related experience
- Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to be firm and persuasive when needed, while maintaining good relationships
- High degree of courtesy, diplomacy and tact
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and agency systems including Employee Navigator
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as written skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Commitment to work through projects to completion
- Strong reasoning skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages multiple projects while meeting timelines
