About this role Team Overview Client Services is the front line of Preqin Client Management, serving as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries. The team ensures clients maximize value from Preqin by delivering expert support, capturing feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. Job Overview You will deliver high-quality, timely support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone), owning client inquiries end-to-end and resolving complex issues with accuracy and urgency. Through a structured onboarding program, you will build expertise in private markets and Preqin's platform, gaining exposure to how fund managers, allocators, and service providers leverage our data in real-world workflows. You will also partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Research to improve platform supportability, drive client satisfaction, and enhance retention. Purpose and Scope: The Client Services team members utilize their in-depth understanding of Preqin Pro and our clients' businesses to provide world-class service to our growing, global client base. Our team members come from different majors and bring diverse skills and experiences to the table, but we share a serious passion for solving tough problems and keeping our clients happy. Required Experience: 2-3 years in client-facing, data, or financial services roles Strong client-facing and communication skills, with ability to manage day-to-day interactions independently Analytical mindset with ability to connect data to client workflows Proven ability to manage multiple workflows with attention to detail Working knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with data tools and APIs a plus Language Requirements Fluency in English is required Spanish language skills are preferred
