Responsibilities
- S/4 Program Financial Management & Capital Analytics
- Serve as the primary finance partner for the Oncology and Multi‑Specialty SAP S/4HANA program, providing end‑to‑end financial oversight for capital spend, program budgets, and investment tracking. Ensure financial discipline, transparency, and alignment to approved funding.

- Manage monthly SAP activities including accruals, reclassifications, reporting, and variance analysis across project WBS elements. Validate actuals against budget and collaborate with BU IT finance partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Cross‑Functional Partnership & SAP Transition Support
- Partner closely with IT, project management, Enterprise Finance, and external vendors to support UAT activities, PR/PO and contract invoicing through Ariba, and successful financial execution during the SAP S/4HANA transition. Proactively identify and escalate financial risks or gaps.
- Minimum Requirement
- Degree and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Business Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles.
- Experience in healthcare finance, especially physician practice or specialty care integration.
- Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a dedicated, quiet, and secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet access. Standard working hours align with the central time zone, though flexibility may be required to accommodate team collaboration across time zones.
