Lead Structural Engineer

About the role

Scope of work and responsibilities: u Be responsible for sorting out the workload in structure and anticorrosion discipline of project, and cooperate with other departments tocomplete the preparation and technical clarification of subcontracting inquiry documents; u Track and promote the completion of design documents of structure and anti corrosion disciplines as planned; u Assist in the review of detailed design structure, anti-corrosion professional process and outcome documents, and fully communicate with detailed design to ensure that the depth of detailed design documents required for platform modification meets the requirements of subsequent construction; u Take the lead in the professional processing and design of structure and anticorrosion, complete the preparation of various additional documents, and complete the review and approval of technical documents of subcontractors (if any); u Connect with the Owner's design manager or professional lead to fully communicate the construction requirements and design document requirements; u Provide on-site technical support for onshore and offshore construction, and solve problems encountered during construction in a timely manner; u Provide technical support for each procurement package, and define technical requirements and technical basis; 2. Technical requirements: u Have a solid professional background in ocean engineering and the ability to be aprofessional leader; u More than 15years of experience in offshore engineering industry, familiar with EPCI project management process; u Be able to listen, speak, read and write Chinese due to handling Chinese client u Proficient in basic document office software and 3D model software;
