Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Complete daily revenue and cashier audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.
• Research, reconcile, and resolve variances, discrepancies, and losses while preparing related reporting and documentation.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, gaming tax filings, and compliance reporting.
• Support internal and external audit requests while helping maintain strong accounting controls and operational procedures.
• Partner with vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders to provide accounting guidance and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within a retail, gaming, hospitality, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and obtain a gaming license in applicable jurisdictions.

You'll play a key role in month-end close activities, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and strengthening accounting processes that support informed business decisions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
