Responsibilities
- WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Assist in daily bank administration related requests (bank account openings, maintenance and where applicable closing of bank accounts)
- Maintain static data and onboarding tracker
- Work with service providers and ensure documents in relation to bank account opening are provided in a timely manner (oversight and follow-up)
- Assistance with payment/ bank account cycle for non-delegated funds
- Maintain signatory lists up-to-date (appointment of signatories, removal of leavers and on-boarding of new joiners)
- Maintenance of banking platforms with respect to user rights and liaise with Corporate Administration team
- Assist with the bank migration and updates with banking partners
- Assist with the database implementation project and maintenance and updates of the database
- Assist in daily bank administration operations & cash management closely with the Fund Controlling team
- Assist with auditor requests and recertification process
- Work with Fund Controlling, Portfolio Management and Fund Legal teams on acquisition/incorporation/ onboarding/take-over of accounts
Requirements
- Strong academic background: relevant degree in banking, economics, accounting, Law, business administration or similar
- Good Excel skills and competence with other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt
- Proactive hands on mentality/ can-do attitude / inquisitive and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and strong English verbal and written communication skills required; French, German or Italian is an advantage
