Senior IT Manager - ETRM & Business Applications

About the role

Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a Senior IT manager to join their team. Your responsibility includes: 1. ETRM Application Ownership & Operations System Availability: Own the overall availability, performance, and reliability of the global ETRM ecosystem and downstream business applications. Service Management: Ensure application incidents, service requests, and maintenance are managed in line with strict SLAs and ITSM processes, serving as the ultimate escalation point for major business-impacting issues. Lifecycle Management: Oversee system upgrades, application patching, custom extensions, core integrations, and end-of-life planning to ensure systems remain fit for 2.COE Governance & Strategic Roadmap COE Controls: Establish, maintain, and enforce application standards, change control, and release workflows under an Application Center of Excellence (COE) model to minimize operational risk. Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the ETRM and application roadmap aligned with commercial business strategies and operational priorities. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Delivery Business Partnership: Engage regularly with traders, risk managers, accounting leads, and executive system owners to translate complex business requirements into clear technical actions. Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major IT initiatives, including new commodity onboarding, risk model implementations, cloud migrations, and operational efficiency automations. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in ETRM of at least 1 major ETRM system (e.g., ION Endur/Allegro/RightAngle, Hitachi Openlink, or Aligne). At least 5 years of team management / vendor management is required for this role. Proven track record in business stakeholder management is required for this role.
