Job Descriptions: Assist in product development process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products, including but not limited to research on emerging customer needs and market trend, assist in preparing product specification, provision, sales illustration & product manual and performing UAT. Prepare on-going product performance tracking and assist in automation of data extraction to facilitate timely post-product launch analysis. Coordinate and handle product enquiries and special quotations from distribution. Support direct manager on ad hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirements: University degree holder graduate. Preferably with experience in financial or insurance industry. Preferably with at least 1-2 years of work experience Self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned tasks Good data analytical skills Good relationship management, planning and execution skills Ideally with good knowledge of life insurance products Competency in Microsoft Office (including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Team player and energizer Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
