Job Details: Job Description: As a supplier program manager, you will play a critical role in driving Intel's operational excellence by ensuring the successful transition of materials from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). Your strategic expertise will align manufacturing processes with market dynamics and business requirements to optimize materials risk assessment, inventory health, and the supply chain while balancing cost and quality goals. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will influence supplier and component decisions, drive procurement strategies, and manage supplier performance to meet delivery and operational targets. Your contributions will enable Intel's manufacturing innovations, ensuring production efficiency and supporting the company's commitment to global growth and technological leadership. ### Key Responsibilities - Translate manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into actionable strategies for materials risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and supply chain streamlining. - Coordinate material acquisition for NPI programs and ramp readiness, ensuring seamless transitions to HVM. - Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual requirements, evaluate performance, and identify cost opportunities and future operational strategies. - Partner with cross-functional teams across project management, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to define customer demand and raw materials requirements. - Drive planning and procurement activities at product and cross-platform levels, delivering materials integrity, availability, cost, and quality targets. - Provide regular program status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders, establish contingency plans, and closely monitor operational indicators. - Analyze data to design solutions for complex processes and develop systems/tools to improve efficiency across the organization. - Manage supplier relationships to achieve on-time delivery, cycle time performance, materials escalations resolution, and engineering change order closures. - Support new site startups and manage liabilities to align production goals with inventory control objectives.
